Dr. Rija Khan completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta before pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Northeast College of Health Sciences in New York, where she graduated with honours.

Her interest in chiropractic care began after her own experience recovering from a shoulder injury. Through rehabilitation and chiropractic treatment, she gained firsthand experience on how personalized care and movement-based therapy can support recovery and overall function. This experience shaped her perspective on what healthcare should look like, and continues to influence the way she approaches patient care.

Dr. Khan provides evidence-based and patient-centered care focused on improving movement, reducing pain, and helping patients return to everyday activities. She uses a variety of techniques, such as Diversified Chiropractic Adjustments, NIMMO, Activator adjustments, Cox Flexion-Distraction, and ConnecTX therapy, to create individualized treatment plans. Dr. Khan is certified in the Webster technique which helps patients going through pregnancy; in addition to that, she has training in custom stabilizing orthotics and sports performance, helping patients restore healthy movement and function.

Dr. Khan believes that educating patients on their symptoms and collaborating with them on treatment plans is essential for the healing process. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and confident in their care, while working together towards lasting improvements in function and well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Khan loves to spend her time reading and being active. You can find her exploring new trails around the city or hiking in the Canadian Rockies.
